A milestone is any meaningful moment in your loved one’s life. What is included with my custom canvas?

Your canvas is fully personalized with your chosen photo, milestones, name, dates, and optional QR code. You will preview the design before it is printed.

How do I use the personalizer?

1. Choose up to 10 milestones from the dropdown. For the easiest flow, select them in chronological order. 

2. You can also create a custom milestone. If needed, choose “Other Custom” at the bottom of the dropdown.

3. Keep text short. Space is limited, so abbreviations, acronyms, or just the year rather than the full date work well to conserve space when needed.

4. Upload your photo. Use a high‑resolution JPEG or PNG for best results.

5. We finalize the layout. Our team adjusts spacing and alignment to ensure a polished design.

Can I add a QR code?

Yes. Provide your link during personalization, and we’ll generate a QR code for your design.

Will I see a preview before it’s printed?

Yes. A live preview appears as you enter your details. Our team will refine spacing before printing.

What sizes are available?

Our standard canvas is 10" x 10", with optional 12" x 12" and 20" x 20" sizes.

How long does production take?

After you approve your proof, production takes 3 or fewer business days. Allow 3-5 days for standard shipping as well. Express shipping orders receive next‑business‑day production and expedited shipping.

What type of photo works best?

High‑resolution images with good lighting and clear facial detail produce the best results.

Do you offer different designs or styles?

Yes. Choose from multiple layouts, themes, and color palettes to reflect your loved one’s personality.

How do I care for my canvas?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasives.

Can I order multiple designs or copies?

Yes. Many families order additional prints for relatives or memorial events. 

Can I request custom add‑ons like a poem or quote?

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the Continental United States. For international requests, contact support@foreverintimeline.com.

What if I’m not 100% satisfied with my canvas?

You’ll receive a detailed proof before production. Every order receives a final quality review—our team refines spacing, corrects small errors, and ensures a seamless finished design. If your delivered canvas doesn’t match the approved design or if something feels off, contact us at support@foreverintime.com.  We’ll review your order and offer the best solution—often including a discounted or complimentary remake.
