Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time All orders are custom-made and personalized. A digital proof is sent for your approval before production begins. Please allow 2–5 business days for production after proof approval.

2. Shipping Rates We currently ship within the United States and UK only. Shipping rates are calculated by order weight at checkout:

United States

 

International Shipping (United Kingdom) Standard Shipping (1–4 weeks): $33.00 Express Shipping (6–10 business days): $70.00 Priority Express (3–5 business days): $95.00

International orders (including UK) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total

3. Total Delivery Time Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. For example, a Standard Shipping order may take up to 10 business days from order placement to delivery.

4. Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages Forever In Timeline is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once an order has been handed to the carrier. We will assist with tracking and carrier claims where possible.

6. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

 

7. International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
