1. Overview By visiting foreverintimeline.com and purchasing from Forever In Timeline, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products All memorial canvas products sold by Forever In Timeline are custom-made and personalized based on information provided by the customer. Product previews (proofs) are provided before printing to ensure accuracy.

3. Order Accuracy You are responsible for reviewing and approving your personalized proof before production begins. By approving the proof, you confirm that all names, dates, photos, and other details are correct. Forever In Timeline is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

4. Payments All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via all major credit cards and Shop Pay. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

5. Production & Shipping Orders enter production after proof approval. Production times and shipping estimates are provided at checkout. Forever In Timeline is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

6. Refunds & Replacements All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. Replacements are offered for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error, if reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our full Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on foreverintimeline.com are the property of Forever In Timeline and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Forever In Timeline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Privacy Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
