Refund policy

 

Because each memorial timeline canvas is custom‑designed and personalized, all sales are final once the artwork has been created.  
However, we want every customer to feel cared for and supported, so we offer the following:

✔️ Free aPreview Before Printing
We provide a proof (preview) before printing.

✔️ Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items
If your canvas arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error, we will replace it at no cost.
Please contact us at support@foreverintimeline.com within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. 

Return shipping is free for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective due to our error.

✔️ Customer Errors
If incorrect information (dates, names, photos, etc.) was provided by the customer and approved in the final proof, replacements will require a new purchase.

✔️ Shipping Issues
If a package is lost or delayed by the carrier, we will assist with tracking and claims, but refunds are not issued for carrier delays.
